Spring SCRIP Gift Giving

Extended to Friday, May 30 Deadline

We encourage you to join us in our Spring SCRIP Gift Giving Pool to show our appreciation to the amazing teachers & staff that we all love at Brighton. Parents interested in participating, use the form to list gift amounts (in increments of $5) to your selected staff members. The amounts gifted to each teacher is then pooled together & the teacher decides what gift cards to receive (e.g., Amazon, REI). A list of donors is provided to the teacher, but not gift amounts, just the pooled total. We hear over & over again how much the staff LOVE receiving SCRIP gift cards. Participation is entirely voluntary.

If you'd like to participate please:

1. Download & Complete this FORM, save as, then email to scrip@brightonpto.com (do not send as a PDF). Do not use the Holiday SCRIP form.

2. Pay using this LINK or with check. By check, include student name on check & drop in PTO mailbox next to front desk.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT FORMS & PAYMENT IS FRIDAY, MAY 30.
